Spaces in the Community Arts Center can be reserved for meetings, performances, events, and private parties as well as arts instruction. To reserve spaces, contact 859-236-4054.

Meetings, Performances, Events

Spaces are available for meetings, events, and performances at an hourly utility fee to cover maintenance expenses. If arts-related or public service meetings are scheduled during regular business hours, utility fees may be waived.

Private Parties

The Grand Hall of the Community Arts Center is a lovely setting in a convenient location in downtown Danville. It can be reserved for dinners, receptions, weddings, or private parties at a utility fee of $80 an hour, including set up and take down time. The Grand Hall space includes use of a catering kitchen, a large beverage counter, and a reception table area. Our strong points are our grace and intimacy, not our unlimited size. The Grand Hall can comfortably seat 90 guests at a formal dinner or 125 guests at a cocktail buffet with space for music and dancing.

Kids World in our lower level is a very informal space that can also be reserved for private parties for a utility fee of $30 an hour, including set up and take down time. We do not provide catering services or rental of tables, linens, or dinnerware

Arts Instruction

Our various studios and meeting rooms are available for organizations and individuals to teach classes or conduct workshops in dance, drama, music, visual arts, and other related areas. Utility fees for the use of spaces are charged by the hour and differ according to the size and location of the spaces needed.
